My three children are patients of Dr. Alpert’s. Since the beginning, Dr. Alpert proved to be professional, knowledgeable, and very good with children teeth. It wasn’t until recently, I really saw Dr. Alpert’s skills as a dentist. My son, Seba, fell and broke his two front permanent teeth. The break was odd and terrible! I thought my son’s mouth would never be the same! Again, Dr. Alpert performed a root canal and gave my son two temporary teeth that looked great. Even the root canal, according to my son, did not really hurt. When Dr. Alpert put the permanent teeth into my son’s mouth, they were not the same. They were better!! Dr. Alpert and the staff at iSmile are awesome. They are pleasant, professional, considerate, and make, what most think is an awful experience, a great one. They are truly the best dentistry crew I’ve known or heard of. Dr. Alpert is amazing and an expert in the dentistry field.

I would like to share my experience as a patient of Dr. Alpert and the iSmile team. I have had a lot of work done in the past year and I can say this is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. If you are like me – very demanding client with extra-sensitive teeth and gums then my best advice is to visit dental office of Dr. Alla Alpert.

They gave perfect color and material to my new smile. My crowns are already – 2.5 years old – and still no trace of even little crack, discoloration – neither have I signs at all that these are not my real teeth. I have never met the dentist with such personal approach to her profession. A client is treated with sincere and tender care without any second thought. I was even seen by the doctor in the off-hours when I had sudden acute toothache.

Huge thanks to all medical personal of i-Smile for their honest approach and warm treatment of their patients almost as if they were their family members.

In 1999, I was a patient at a dental office in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This is where I met Dr. Alpert and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and genuine concern for my oral health. I was being treated for an ill-fitted upper denture which affected my eating, communication skills and especially my smile. Dr. Alpert took her time to explain the complete process as to what was needed to accomplish our goal. I am pleased to say that I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and can say that I finally have my smile back.

Shortly thereafter, Dr. Alpert reloacted her practice 50 miles away to Roswell, Georgia but I am pleased to say that I am very satisfied with Dr. Alpert’s services along with the efficient and dedicated services of the support staff, especially Julie, the Office Manager. Julie is very dedicated and always makes me feel welcomed and has gone out of her way to accomodate me and has made sure that my needs were met. She is truly an asset. The service, care and concern make the 100 mile trip well worth it. When I come to iSmile I do not feel like a patient but like a part of the iSmile Family.
