Dr. Alla Alpert, DDS

I was born in Russia, and at age 13 my parents and I immigrated to the United States and settled in Buffalo, New York. I graduated from the University At Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2002. Following completion of a General Practice Residency and An Esthetic Dentistry Continuum program, I moved to the Atlanta area.

In practicing dentistry, I believe that patient education and disease prevention is the key to keeping smiles healthy and beautiful for life. I am committed to utilizing the most advanced technology for both treatment and education of my patients.

Dr. Igor Reizenson, DDS

I was born in Russia and raised in New York City, I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2001. Then came a year long General Practice Residency at Veterans Administration of Western New York and my move to Atlanta, GA.

I have been happily practicing in Atlanta since 2002 and love my new home. Alla and I created iSmile in 2006 and are enjoying bringing healthy and pleasant smiles to all the people who come for our services.

Julie Harper

My name is Julie Harper and I am the Office Manager. I am originally from Texas, and I moved with my family to the Atlanta area at the age of twelve. I  have a wonderful daughter, Michalea. I have been in the dental field for over 10 years. I have worked in every aspect of dental management, including insurance, appointments, filing, and record maintenance.

Due to my diverse background, I help coordinate treatment, make financial arrangements and communicate with insurance companies. My purpose is to quickly and easily address and resolve any concerns that may arise. It is always a pleasure to help all of our patients.
